Please note: As a shopping mall, we host various independent stores and brands. Each retailer may operate under its own returns and refund policy. However, the general guidelines below apply to purchases made through mall-wide promotions, events, or on our official website (if applicable).


Returns – In-store Purchases

For items bought from any physical store within Value Plus Mall

  • Return Period: Most stores accept returns within 7–14 days of purchase.
  • Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personal care items
    • Undergarments
    • Customised or final sale items

Returns – Online Purchases (via Our Website)

If you purchased through our official website:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
  • How to Return: Email us at info@valueplusmall.org with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection: Refunds will only be processed after returned items are inspected and approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approval: We’ll notify you via email of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:
    1. Recheck your bank account.
    2. Contact your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges via the website. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Mall-Wide Promotions & Gift Items

  • Items bought under special mall-wide discounts or giveaways may have limited return eligibility.
  • Gifts, vouchers, or bundled items must be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded.
